How to book Uber or inDrive
Wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before booking a courier.
Open Uber or inDrive and choose parcel delivery or a scooter delivery service.
Set the pickup point to Youlya using the address or location link we send you.
Set the destination to your current location or preferred delivery address.
Review the price shown by the app before confirming the trip.
Add this note: “Collect a Youlya order — Order #_____”.
Track the courier in the app and share the courier details with us when requested.
Pay the app or courier directly; Youlya does not collect this delivery fee.
Important terms
The order must be prepaid by credit card or InstaPay; cash on delivery is not available.
The full order must be received. Partial acceptance or rejection is not allowed.
The self-shipping courier cannot process same-day exchanges or returns.
For a size, color, or model mismatch—or any other exchange or return reason—submit a request through your Youlya account or contact after-sales service.
Exchanges and returns are handled by the regular shipping carrier during standard service times under Youlya’s shipping and return policy.
