Terms and Conditions
* The company will charge the customer a 10% discount if the expected shipping date is delayed by more than 14 working days.
* You may open the shipment before receiving it at no cost if you refuse to accept it. You are not permitted to receive part of the order (partial receipts are prohibited.
* Exchanges and returns are available for all products except Burkini,underwear and lingerie, which may only be opened during inspection and refused if the size or color does not match.
* 3. Returns and exchanges are permitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

* Please retain your order number so we can serve you easily in case of a delay.
* In the event of a manufacturing defect or problem with the order, the company will bear the shipping costs for exchange or return. In the event of a return or exchange for a customer-specific reason, the customer will be charged shipping and Packaging costs between 200 to 300 Egyptian pounds, depending on the governorate, due to the presence of a new order. * Offers and discounts cannot be exchanged or returned except in the event of manufacturing defects only.
* The customer will bear the cost of the refund if the reason for the return was not due to our error.
* In the event of a return or exchange, the amount due will be refunded to the customer after the returned item is delivered to the shipping company within a period of up to 7 business days. This is due to the need for the refund to be reviewed and monitored by the company's accounting department.

Burkini Return and Exchange Policy
* Due to the nature of the product (burkini), which is treated as underwear for public health reasons, the product may be inspected before receipt. However, exchange or return is not available after inspection and receipt.
* In the case of a manufacturing defect only, the defect will be verified through inspection.
* If the product has been used, the defect will be repaired.
* If the product has not been used, it will be replaced.
* The company will bear the shipping costs both ways.
