In the event of a manufacturing defect or problem with the order, the company will bear the shipping costs for the exchange or return. In the event of a return or exchange for a customer-specific reason, the customer will be charged shipping costs exceeding the normal shipping costs by an amount ranging from 10 to 40 EGP, depending on the governorate, due to the presence of a new order.

Burkini Exchange & Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product (the burkini), which is treated as underwear for public health reasons, customers are allowed to inspect the product before receiving it. However, exchange or return is not available after inspection and receipt.

In the case of a manufacturing defect only, the defect will be verified by inspecting the product. If the product has been used, the defect will be repaired; if it has not been used, the item will be replaced. The company will cover the shipping costs both ways in this case.
